We would like to thank John Mitchels GAA Club for coming on board our project by planting 3,500 Irish native trees on it’s site.   Special thanks go to the project co-ordinator for John Mitchels, Pat McAuliffe and Chairperson of the club Brid Mc Elligott.  Thanks also to the club volunteers, members of the CE scheme and the transition year students of Mercy Mounthawk who helped deliver the project on the day.

Thanks to the tree planters at Forestry Services and to our tree expert Catriona Taylor for her guidance.

Thank you to the AIB for sponsoring this site and to Stephen Stack Manager AIB Tralee and Ciara O’Connell AIB for their support.
